International Shipping
The PaloVia laser is only available for sale and shipment within the United States. Orders must be placed with a U.S. credit card and must ship to a U.S. street address.
Order & Shipment Confirmation
Order Confirmation
Within a few hours of your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent containing your order number and details.
Shipment Confirmation
Within 24 hours of shipment, a confirmation email will be sent containing your tracking information.
Order Cancellations
You have the option to cancel your order prior to shipment. To do so, please contact PaloVia Customer Care at info@palovia.com or 1-866-PALOVIA (1-866-725-6842) and reference your order number when cancelling.
Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax will automatically be added during the checkout process.
